These shorts are designed for demanding cyclists who love long-distance rides!

Design

We made numerous test models, which resulted in these incredibly comfortable cycling shorts. From the seamless fabric to the elasticated hems, the pad and the Merino top to limit odors, they’re the perfect partner for long-distance rides and bikepacking!

Development and testing

The prototype of these shorts was tested during Born to Ride 2019, the Baroudeuse 2019, the Dirty Boar Gravel Ride, the Classics Challenge, and numerous long-distance training rides, racking up several thousand test miles!

Wool origin

For the top, we have only used wool from Merino sheep raised on farms in South Africa that do not practice mulesing.

A rating to compare products’ environmental impact

A product’s environmental impact is calculated for its entire lifecycle using various indicators. An overall rating (ABCDE) is given, allowing you to easily identify products with the best environmental performance by comparing similar products to each other (T-shirts, pants, backpacks etc.).
Decathlon openly displays the environmental ratings of its products.

Care tips

Machine wash at 86°F. Delicate cycle. Turn the article inside out.
Do not use fabric softener. Hang to dry in a warm, ventilated place.
DO NOT TUMBLE DRY as this may deteriorate the component.
Do not dry-clean. Do not bleach. Do not place on a heater to dry.

Seat comfort : Pad specially designed for long distances

Abrasion resistant : Reinforced seat and crotch to avoid wear from chafing.

User comfort : The elastic bands on the thighs are cleverly integrated into the soft fabric
