These RC100 long cycling shorts have been designed for beginners cycling in cold weather on rides of up to around 2 hours or 30 miles

Our new “medium density” pad

To ensure greater comfort in the saddle, we created this medium density chamois pad.
The fabric is soft and breathable. The reinforced area is soft, with a density of 220.5 lbs/m³ and a thickness of 13 mm. The perforated fabric actively wicks away perspiration. The pad keeps you comfortable on rides of up to around 2 hours

Its shape

The shape of the reinforced areas (areas with thicker foam) was defined by tests on a sheet of pressure, designed by garment designers from a dummy molding and approved after various trials and usage tests. This test, conducted on real cyclists, involves measuring the pressure points exerted on the saddle. The reinforced area covers contact points where pressure is greater. There is a dart at the front for a better fit.

Reinforced areas

The ischiums are well covered, and the perineum is also protected. The reinforced area is relatively narrow between the legs to prevent irritation/rubbing while pedaling. Channels have been embossed into the reinforcements to provide greater flexibility.

Machine wash at 86°F. Synthetics cycle. Turn the article inside out. Do not use fabric softener. Hang to dry in a warm, ventilated place. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry-clean. Do not bleach. Do not place on a heater to dry.
